In a Twitter search, I am now come under the hash tag # promo code to a promo code for "Snow Tap".
If you start the app you wonder first:
A main menu with no buttons? But this is not the main menu, it is the whole app. You see snow fall and can produce tap, are not considered.
On closer sight it looks like you have a small (i) lower right.
Pressing it will open a small Menu:
You can activate a bell sound when shaken, and change the background color.
That was already the size of the app!
